2018 KINGMAN ROTARY CLUB SCHOLARSHIP APPLICATION

The following criteria must be met to be considered for this scholarship

(1) Graduate in the 2017-2018 school year from KUSD, KAOL, or home-schooled and living within the Kingman Unified School District.

(2) Answer all questions.

(3) Students must attend a two or four year college in the fall of 2017.

(4) Application must be received by May 1, 2018. Applications may be turned in to the Guidance Office of your school, mailed to the Kingman Rotary Club, PO Box 421, Kingman, AZ 86402 .
