Discussion Meeting
In this week's meeting we did not have our teacher of the month as it is currently spring break, so the club took it as an opportunity to discuss a few upcoming items and discussions for different meetings.
Easter Baskets
We will be putting together Easter Baskets on April 1st. Cathy is gathering the items and if you want to volunteer to bring them to any school let Cathy know and we can all coordinate.
Brown Bag Lunch
We are going to do a Brown Bag lunch at the Boys and Girls Club. Charlie is contacting them to do a lunch and tour there, likely to be April 29th instead of our evening meeting.
The brown bag lunch is you bring your own lunch, and the money that was normally spent at Dambar for lunch would instead be donated to the organization.
Golf Tournament
It was brought up to possibly move our annual golf tournament from Memorial Day Weekend to the Fall. Everyone present was open to the idea as many other golf tournaments are happening the next few months. Scott is going to check with the golf course for available dates and will report back for further discussion.
District Conference
The District Conference will be happening May 1-2 in Mesa, Arizona. If you are planning to attend, let Charlie know so he can send 1 check for everyone attending. For more information on the conference the link is below.
